Susan Odev         

Susan is a proud, working mother with four beautiful children. She is a skilled writer, performer and human development specialist with nearly 20 years experience of designing, coordinating, managing and delivering training.  She has written on subjects such as time management, customer service and training for several trade journals. She has acted as an “expert” contributor on handling stress as a working mum for magazines such as Women’s Own and Women’s Weekly.

    Susan’s infectious enthusiasm for self development and her performance background makes her an inspirational writer, trainer and public speaker. She has experienced first hand the choices and associated pros & cons of returning to work as a new mother (four times over). She is passionate that all mothers should be supported to pursue whichever route suits them, and their families, and is delighted to have been involved in this book celebrating entrepreneurial mums.

    She has successfully freelanced full time for the past eight years building up her training business Rainbow Options; which was founded, on a part time basis, in 1997.  In 2000/02 she studied for a Msc Human Resources. (Organisational Development & Consultancy). She is a keen student of NLP & LOA .   

       

    In her spare time Susan teaches children and young people in drama, musical theatre and comedy. She writes and performs with cabaret group the “TheatriGals” and successfully took her one woman play  ”What’s NeXt? Factor” to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2007 .   

       

    It is her goal in life to motivate and inspire others to let their little SPARKLES shine!

    Mark Weeks  

       

    Mark is a writer of self development books with a difference. He has a business insight, creativity and drive which is hard for those around him to resist. With over twenty years experience in running his own businesses, mainly in property and construction, and with a vast array of management and leadership qualifications under his belt. He now wishes to share that experience and the wisdom he has found elsewhere to help others, in turn, lead successful and fulfilling business lives.  

       

    Mark is also currently an active charity fund-raiser and is passionate about developing opportunities for children who society considers disadvantaged. He is currently building up his own charitable fund-raising business and cites his mother as being a major influence upon his business life.  

       

    Living by the motto, ‘No one has to be what others want them to be.’ He strives to motivate others to succeed and help them to be the best they can be. And is particularly committed to inspiring children to reach for the stars.  

       

    He finds his love of keeping fit manages to keep him sane. And enjoys every moment he gets relaxing with his family including trying to keep up with his eight year old daughter playing tennis on Wii Sport.   

       

    Married to Sarah, his true inspiration, they have two daughters, and currently live in Kent.
